In September 1993, new corporate branding was rolled out across all the Sky-branded channels, with distinctive elements for each channel. Sky Travel inherited the new branding when it launched in October 1994.
[00:00:00] BREAK BUMPER: Sky Travel uses an orange colour scheme for its break bumper. The letters of ‘TRAVEL’ each represent something associated with holidays/travel. For example, the ‘T’ is a palm tree, the ‘R’ is a section of a train, the ‘A’ is the front of the Taj Mahal.
Each of the symbols representing the letters of ‘TRAVEL’ fly into view in sequence and then settle within the standard Sky-branded corporate template.
