In September 1995, all Sky channels received a similar corporate makeover, which some refer to as the “tombstone” look. Sky Sports Gold inherited the new look when it launched in November 1995.
[00:00:00] BREAK BUMPER: the break bumper for the classic sports channel was much the same as that used on the main sports channel but with the word ‘sports’ reduced in size and the word ‘gold’ added.
