[00:00:00] PROGRAMME PROMOTION: for Wednesday evening on BBC One Scotland. Unlike a conventional trail of this type, which would feature excerpts from each programme, BBC Scotland’s solution is entirely slide-based. This was presumably due to a lack of budget for trail production.

A standard BBC One Scotland slide was used for each of the following programmes (each slide is a locally branded version of the network slide):

7pm Wogan.

7.35pm Doctor Who.

8pm Bergerac.

8.50pm Points of View.

9.30pm Around the World in 80 Days.

10.20pm Sportsnight.

12.10am Business Matters.

[00:00:57] IDENT: the standard BBC One Scotland symbol is used to link into Neighbours.

‘Ceefax 888’ text is overlaid on the symbol live.

[00:01:08] PROGRAMME: the opening titles for Neighbours.
