[00:00:00] PROGRAMME: in a segment on an edition of Jim’ll Fix It, BBC TV network announcer Peter Bolgar takes a viewer behind-the-scenes at the BBC Presentation department at BBC Television Centre in London, and explains the role of the network announcers.

Peter explains some of the functionality available in one of the Network Control continuity suites.

    I find the fact that Test Card C is visible on one of the monitors is intriguing- what use did that have as late as 1982?
