ITV Digital was a pay-TV service on the UK’s digital terrestrial television network. Its main shareholders were Carlton Communications plc and Granada plc. Starting as ONdigital in 1998, the service was rebranded as ITV Digital in July 2001.

“The troubled broadcaster ITV Digital could close down within weeks, if a new deal is not reached with the Football League.
“The company is now in administration but is still costing its owners about £1m a day.
“And the situation is causing growing confusion among subscribers and employees, as Wyre Davies has been finding out.”
