It’s late-April 1982 and the UK is about to move into British Summer Time. And pres fans get to see the relatively new electronic clock moved forward for the first time.

[00:00:00] CLOCK: announcer Roger Maude reminds viewers to put clocks and watches forward one hour. The BBC One clock is moved forward one hour. And there’s a pointer in the direction of BBC Two, where the film Poison Pen is fifteen minutes in.
[00:01:05] IDENT: with all the excitement of adjusting the BBC One clock, Roger omitted to turn up the fader for the National Anthem. It finally kicks in at 00:01:13.
