From 3rd January 1985, TV-am would be expanding its broadcasting hours slightly. The changes included a ten-minute extension for Good Morning Britain which would now begin at 6.15am rather than 6.25am.

The programme will present the latest news, sport and weather. Anne Diamond and Nick Owen are the main presenters.

Gordon Honeycombe and the TV-am news team will have the latest national and international news.

Mike Morris and Richard Keys will preview the day’s sport.

Wincey Willis will have the latest weather.
