[00:00:00] IDENT: the announcer apologises for the fact that the programme billed in Radio Times for this slot – a Pink Floyd concert – was in fact shown earlier in the week (Tuesday).

Coming up now on BBC One Scotland, Peter Strauss stars in the courtroom drama, Penalty Phase.

We believe the change of plan regarding the Pink Floyd concert was due to the fact that the BBC rights for the programme expired after the planned network BBC One airing on Tuesday 15th November – and BBC Scotland consequently had to change their plans to transmit the concert later in the week.
