We then fade to black and have thirty seconds of silence, before the test tone is faded up.
[00:07:38] TEST CARD: Test Card F appears after two minutes. The test tone continues uninterrupted.
Due to the severe frost in many parts of the country overnight, the BBC One and BBC Two transmitters were kept on all night, radiating the test card.
