[00:00:00] GRAPHIC: the standard BBC Three downtime caption.

[00:00:13] IDENT: one of the standard BBC Three idents – Enormous – is the first ident aired on the channel and is used to link into the first programme.

[00:00:28] IDENT: used as the opening titles to the first programme BBC Three Launch Night. This is one of the standard BBC Three idents – Magic Number.

[00:00:38] PROGRAMME: Johnny Vaughan hosts the first programme on the channel – BBC Three Launch Night – a ten-minute preview of programmes coming up on BBC Three.

Johnny chats briefly with Dermot O’Leary (host of Recovered) and Colin Paterson (co-presenter of Liquid News).

At the end of the programme, Johnny is seen getting the lift and walking across to the studio where he hosts the next programme of the evening – Johnny Vaughan Live.
