[00:00:00] GRAPHIC: the announcer provides a national weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow, with the assistance of some weather graphics.
[00:00:38] CLOCK: at a little after 4 minutes to midnight – and with a quick reminder about Radio 2’s overnight service – it’s goodnight from BBC One.
[00:01:15] IDENT: the standard BBC One globe symbol is accompanied by the National Anthem.
Thirty seconds after the globe is faded out, the start of a period of test tone (usually ten minutes).
Our recording terminates before the end of the ten minutes of test tone.
