[00:00:06] PROGRAMME PROMOTION: for Making a Difference.
The programme airs on Friday 11th February on BBC One Northern Ireland.
[00:01:09] GRAPHIC: Ceefax slide used to start and end in-vision Pages from Ceefax broadcasts. It was unusual for an announcer to talk over such a slide, as is the case here.
[00:01:32] TELETEXT IN-VISION: BBC Northern Ireland’s teletext decoder is used to fill most of the gap up to The Learning Zone at 3am.
The decoder was similar to network’s Level 2 device, with a few differences:
- The current sub-page is displayed in the top left.
- Page changes are preceded by a fraction of a second of no rows being displayed (including the header row).
- Fastext links are displayed.
- Red text is replaced by yellow text (example: the red fastext link); red graphics are replaced by yellow graphics (example: the base of the Moneyfile page heading); though red new background displays properly.
- Consecutive dash characters are displayed as a continuous line (example: row 17 of the Sport Headlines page; there are similar examples on the Moneyfile and Travel headline/index pages).

At 07:45 on the second video, Modern Girl is played by The Tony Hatch Orch (NI digging out a Radio play CD used in some early 1990’s Daytime on Two transmissions). At 11:45 the same orchestra play My Simple Heart, and at 14:53 they play I’d Rather Leave While I’m In Love.
