At [00:08:28] we fade to black. There’s then 30 seconds of black and silence, before test tone kicks in.
Our clip ends after just under 30 seconds of test tone. It’s likely that the test tone will have been broadcast for around 10 minutes, before the transmitter shutdown process was initiated.
