The programme was forced to decamp from BBC Television Centre due to an explosion outside the front entrance of the building. The programme broadcast instead from the BBC’s Westminster studios.

The Westminster studio is that used by Dateline London and that programme’s branding is seen at points during the bulletin.

Our clip shows the portion of the news programme dedicated to the reporting of the explosion outside BBC Television Centre.

Our clip includes input from reporters Laurie Margolis and Andrew Clark.
