The 2.55am BBC World junction and a report on a bomb explosion at the front of BBC Television Centre.

[00:03:28] IDENT: one of the standard BBC World idents is used to link into the 3am news programme.

[00:03:43] PROGRAMME: normal live news programming from BBC Television Centre resumed at 3am, with presenter Adrian Finighan back in the BBC World news studio. TVC had been evacuated due to a security alert at the front of the building.

The lead story was the bomb explosion outside BBC Television Centre.

News editor, Laurie Margolis, provided his eye-witness account of the bomb explosion.
