The celebrations begin on New Year’s Eve on BBC One Northern Ireland.

A VT clock for News Review 99 appears briefly, interrupting the ident.

[00:01:20] PROGRAMME: the opening titles for News Review 99 – a review of the year’s news events in Northern Ireland.

We also see the opening seconds of the first news item featured.
