The programme airs weekdays at 1.25pm on ITV.
[00:00:20] IDENT: one of the standard Carlton idents – Swans/Strawberry – is used to link into Trisha.
This was the first airing of Carlton idents in the south west of England.
Westcountry was acquired by Carlton Communications plc in late-1996. When this clip aired, Carlton owned the ITV franchises in two other regions – London weekday and Central.
On 6th September 1999, the same Carlton branding was rolled out on all three Carlton-owned ITV franchises. Westcountry Television became known as Carlton Broadcasting – Westcountry region.
