[00:00:00] PROGRAMME MENU GRAPHIC: during Teilifís na Gaeilge downtime, a programme menu graphic was shown, accompanied by RTÉ Raidió na Gaeltachta.

About two minutes before the start-up sequence is played, RTÉ Raidió na Gaeltachta sound is cut, the announcer tells us that the Teilifís na Gaeilge schedule gets started shortly with Euronews.

We then have almost two minutes of silence.

[00:03:26] PROGRAMME: the standard start-up sequence, used at the start of the programme schedule every day since the channel launched in 1996.

[00:04:26] IDENT: one of the standard Teilifís na Gaeilge idents is used to link into Euronews.

[00:04:35] PROGRAMME: just under a minute of a simulcast of Euronews.
