It’s goodnight from BBC Two.

[00:00:00] STING: one of the standard BBC Two stings.

[00:00:04] PROGRAMME PROMOTION: for Our Friends in the North.

The programme airs on Monday at 9pm on BBC Two.

[00:01:18] CLOCK: BBC Two closes down for the night. The announcer tells us that the BBC Two Network Control suite will be undergoing maintenance from later today, so when the channel comes on air in the morning, it’ll do so from an alternative suite.

And with the usual reminder that national BBC Radio continues through the night, it’s goodnight from BBC Two.

The clock face and BBC Two logo are faded out, before we fade to black and silence briefly.

[00:02:18] IDENT: an announcerless Silk ident is played out.
